Elizabeth, Let me first start by saying you’re all over the place, gone girl do you.I know writing is what I was born to do. What do you do when fear and frustration intermix leaving you hungry for the very thing you wish to feast upon? My problem is structure and dialogue expansion. I seem to have problems with carrying my story line. I’m tired of falling short. I’ve been told that I fear being successful. I would love to hear your take on this. One day i’m going to have an ISBN number. Though my writing is not as crisp as yours,I’ve been asked, “What am I waiting on, as far as Publication. It’s hard when riding on hope and a prayer.Continue to thrive, I wear a pleasant smile at your achievements. No hater here. You go girl.

I am so grateful to see you soar as an eagle. I am ready to move forward in writing a wonderful novel regarding issues of the heart. How can you assist a sistah? Peace from Kesia

Elizabeth, I have been fascinated by you and your career for quite some time. I am a native Detroiter and I am working on a novel that is an urban interracial love story set in Detroit in the early 1980s and late 1970s … when I was young. I have a couple of issues that gnaw at me when I think about polishing this book (it is done and it is about 290 pages). I am going through an edit right now. What advice do you have about trimming the fat out of a book to make it more appealing to a publisher? Also, what advice do you have about developing characters? I was reading that characters need conflict and adversity so the reader can see what the character is made of. So, that is an adjustment I am making right now. I would love to hear your perspective on those two issues to get started.

Dear Elisabeth, I met you yesterday at Idlewild. The beauty & wonderful spirt of you and your family took my breath away. You give me hope, in this crazy world, where the 10 Commandments have become multiple choice. GOD IS WORKING IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS.
